1 Intro – The intro was on crack to be honest. The VTR kept talking about the feelings “pain and “cry,” and I just really wish they’d gotten someone to check their grammer because it was pretty bad. Also, I didn’t like that it contradicted the storyline given in Ta-Dah! They were originally supposed to be six agents sent to Earth to find an energy sourse to replace the cry of the Eu-ak (?) bird, which they found that fangirl screams did the job, so they decided to become idols to collect the enery to save their planet. In the VTR, suddenly there was this weird storyline about the Mato ruier seeing all the “pain and cry” on Earth and sending six agents to…save us? I don’t know but it was kind of creepy.
2 Warrior, What the Hell, No Mercy – B.A.P finally arrived and everyone was screaming. All I could do was dangle over the railing with my tongue hanging out in wonder and amazement that B.A.P were standing in front of me. In real life. So beautiful~ They are somehow ten times more handsome in real life. I didn’t even know that was possible. Especially Himchan. He doesn’t even know what he was doing to me with his hair parted on the side almost like in One Shot. Or maybe he did know because I swear he kept looking up at me on the balcony (like every other fan lol).
B.A.P stuck to the choreography on these songs, delivering really energetic performances. No one really did fanchants, but we all sang along with them on whatever lines we knew, clearly getting louder on the English lines lol.
I was really surprised how during this portion, some members I really liked kind of faded into the background like Yongguk and Daehyun, while Jongup who’s normally such a space cadet, really REALLY came alive on stage, to the point that it was hard to look at anyone else, even Zelo’s crazy-cute dancing ass. So sorry if it becomes a Jongup-biased fanaccount from here.
Also, when they first jumped down from the upper stage, Jongup stumbled and almost fell on his landing.
During No Mercy, Jongup was headbanging so hard I’m shocked his head didn’t pop off. He was really, REALLY going nuts.
3 Intermission – I don’t really remember what happened during this.
4 I Remember, Secret Love, Rain Sound – Just really nice overall. When Himchan whispered his deep lines in Rain Sound, his voice literally vibrated the seat for an…interactive experience. Yongguk also has this ability. Stay seated as much as possible.
5 Introduction – Himchan and Daehyun only spoke Korean, and Yongguk and Youngjae translated for them. I really appreciated that because most groups just get a translator, but I’d rather just head the members speak even if they end up speaking pretty basically. Their voices were funny when they spoke English though. Not their accents, but their vocal tone. Their smooth deep voices suddenly became high and nasally, robotic when they spoke English. I guess they still need to learn to relax lol.
I’m sure everyone’s seen the fancams of the body scans by now. B.A.P were really cute, wiggling their bodies as the scan went up their body. Daehyun had us chanting each member’s name as they went up the stairs.
Yongguk asked if there were any fans of various teams, and of course got a lot of screams for “Any B.A.P fans?”
Himchan demonstrated his crazy eyes for us. He was embarrassed at first and didn’t want to, so Yongguk counted to three and Himchan tried but botched it, so Yongguk counted again and this time Himchan got it right. He quickly ducked off the top stage in embarrassment after that.
Daehyun did his notes.
Youngjae demonstrated different moods, all of which looked like happiness with a shout of “Victory!”
Jongup got his scan and instead of asking him to demonstrate his “genius dancing” like at other stops, Yongguk asked us if we wanted to see Jongup’s six-pack. Hell yes! The audience went nuts chanting “Six-pack! Six-pack! Six-pack!” Jongup looked all shy and he went back to looking like a lost puppy again for a moment. Yongguk counted down from three, but Jongup was still trying to get his shirt untucked from his pants, so Yongguk had to do it again. Jongup lifted his shirt all shyly, but he raised the hem as high as his sternum showing his bellybutton and perfect abs, then quickly dropped his shirt and went to jump off the upper stage. Yongguk gave him a hand down and a little pat like ‘You did a good job.’
Zelo got his scan too and Yongguk asked him to do his LTE rap for us. Then Yongguk imitated it by saying something like, “You know what is LTE rap? Dugudu dugudu dugudu dugudu. Now Zelo, show us real LTE rap.” I don’t remember it that well, but I think Zelo did his rap from Warrior. I was still falling out from Jongup’s abs to be honest. Sorry Zelo.
I Believe I Can Fly – Parts were good, and parts were bad to be honest. And I wouldn’t even say the one member sang good and the other one bad. It was more like the beginning was good, and the parts where they harmonized together were really good, but when they tried to get to crazy with it, the song fell apart.
How to Dougie, Never Give Up – Yasss these dancing machines! I have nothing to say about this other than to watch the fancams, over and over and over again.
Sexy Clap – Yongguk’s biceps during the DJ portion. Why is Jongup the only one always sleeveless? At least Yongguk and Daehyun need to join him in this. Anyways, Yongguk and Himchan were being super cool guys during this, with Yongguk doing his unstoppable body wave.
I honestly never understand why fans say Himchan is feminine. Where? I don’t see it anywhere. Deep, rough voice, masculine mannerisms…is it all based on his smooth face? Seriously. It’s not even a feminine face. I don’t get it.
7 Random Dance – This part is so embarrassing, I’m so glad they didn’t pick me. The camera man zooms up real close on their face. How are you supposed to dance like that? Most fans end up just giggling and covering their faces. One girl did somehow end up managing to face-dance with a bunch of cute expressions. Good job, fangirl.
Another VTR – The Mato leader came on and asked us if we were happy. Everyone cheered really happily. Then the image on the screen changed to a woman crying in a warzone. The mood in the theater instantly dropped to -10. Good job TS. Way to kill a mood. The Mato leader then said that there was still “pain and cry” in the world, and it was our turn to help the Mato agents
8 One Shot, Punch, Fight for Freedom, Power – Everyone, especially Yongguk, was much looser in these songs, and he didn’t just fade into the background anymore. I’m always shocked that Yongguk can dance because he somehow just looks like a hip-hop guy that only knows how to bob his knees and swing his arms.
Jongup still had an incredible energy level at this point. He was dancing circles around everyone else, adding extra spins everywhere he could into the choreography and just doing more in general. He always had some spice to add to every move.
My First Kiss – Everyone blew kisses to the fans, and Yongguk specifically blew a bunch to the two girls in the side box that had been waving to him so excitedly before the show
Goodbye – I knew this was supposedly the “last” song, so I was sad the concert was nearing the end, but not too sad because I knew there were still four songs left. They made us work HARD for that encore too. It was to the point that people were starting to leave thinking there was no encore after all. This is where my whistle came in handy because my voice was shot by that point, so I blew my whistle for all I was worth.
Coma – When they laid on the ground, Zelo’s hoodie flipped open and his bare armpit, inner arm, and the side of his torso were showing through his tank top. Then they made their chests rise like a heartbeat and my spirit left my body.
Dancing in the Rain, Stop It / Hajima, Crash – Thesearen’t even my favorite songs but I really enjoyed them when B.A.P sang them live. They were just running around the stage happily, touching fans’ hands and Youngjae and Zelo were grabbing fans’ cameras for selcas and Zelo even did a video! Yongguk grabbed the camera-man’s big camera and was filming himself running around on stage, but the stupid people didn’t put it on the big screen. During Crash, Himchan gave up on dancing entirely and was just walking around intently taking pictures with his black and silver camera.
At the end when B.A.P had their picture taken with the audience, Youngjae dropped his mic and it hit the stage loudly so he apologized. The photographer stood on the upper stage and took the picture of them sitting/laying at the edge of the stage. I wish they’d also done one with B.A.P standing and the photographer crouched below them so they could’ve gotten a picture with the balcony too.
Himchan also decided to smack Zelo’s ass about five times in a row while Zelo was leaning over rapping. From the balcony, the angle made it look very…unfortunate.
Yongguk sprayed two bottles of water over the audience. Himchan threw his empty water bottle to the fans. (Daehyun threw his backstage. No second-hand kisses from him lol.) Zelo threw his sweaty towel.
Himchan gave Jongup a shoulder rub, and also hugged him at a different time.
They would also randomly go up to the upper stage one at a time to dance or do whatever. When Zelo went to jump down, he stumbled at the top right when he was about to jump and basically fell off the stage, almost wiping out completely. He played it off well though and went right back into dancing. These dancing maknaes almost both hurt themselves jumping off that stage in DC. Why specifically the dancers? The two that can least afford a sprained ankle.
10 Random Moments
I suspect Himchan wears corrective lenses because I caught him more than once off to the side doing really weird things with his eyes as if his contacts were dry.
Himchan looked at the balcony a lot, waving to us and just giving us a lot of love in general. Yongguk did a bit too, and Jongup a little.
Zelo smacked Jongup’s ass.
Zelo shook his head like a dog, spraying out sweat like a sprinkler. It visibly splattered the back wall and must’ve hit everyone in a 10 ft radius.
Only one fan threw something onto the stage, a Tigger doll, and Yongguk quickly pitched it backstage.
